Shuzo Nagumo is an award-winning Japanese mixologist, known as one of Asia’s leading cocktail pioneers with more than 20 years of experience exploring tea, coffee, cacao, and fermentation. At ÔMM, he serves as the creative mentor and source of inspiration behind our philosophy and signature creations. While not based in Saigon, Shuzo curates the concept and returns to Vietnam for special guest events every few years, bringing unique and memorable experiences to our guests.
