On August 29th, Ômm became the final stop of a flavor journey that began in the Whitsundays, Australia. In collaboration with 74 Islands Distillery and Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Bailliage du Viêt Nam, the evening unfolded as a dialogue between craft and care - between the warmth of hospitality and the precision of pairing.

Three Islands, Three Expressions

Guided by 74 Islands’ artisanal spirits, Ômm’s team created three original cocktails, each paired with a canapé designed to echo its essence. The result: a collection of fleeting harmonies - citrus against spice, botanicals beside umami - blending not just ingredients, but stories of coastlines, cultures, and craftsmanship. Certificates of appreciation were presented to each Ômm team member - a gesture that honored the shared spirit behind every pour and plate.
