Guest Shift: Thinh Le at Ômm Mixology
When Color became Flavor
As July’s echoes softened, Ômm opened a new dialogue. Behind the counter, Thinh Le - Luxardo Champion 2017 & Showdown Winner 2025 - reimagined the art exhibited within Ômm, translating brushstrokes into liquid form. Each cocktail was a chromatic note: a hue of memory, a layer of emotion. Green Orange breathed of jasmine and citrus zest - bright like a morning canvas. Soft Chao unfolded in lavender and honey, a quiet dusk in glass. It Seems! played in amber tones, warmth lingering like the last light of day.
From palette to palate
The bar glowed in rhythm with the room - laughter, reflection, and the soft percussion of shaking ice. What emerged wasn’t merely a menu, but a dialogue between art and alchemy, between vision and viscosity. For one evening, Ômm became a living exhibition, where light met liquid, texture met tone, and a cocktail became a canvas.
