Perhaps, we choose to embrace the moments shared with you, capturing them in our one-year anniversary night, "Time In A Bottle."

To bring forth an evening of nostalgia, we sought out vintage spirits from the last decade. It is the Crown Royal that began its slumber in 1982, or the Amaretto di Saronno that holds the essence of the 90s. With every sip, you will trace the flow of time, only unveiled for this evening at Ômm.

Then, how do Ômm awaken these classic notes in a cocktail? This is the question that Manabu Ito and his associate Kaoru Takii will unfold. With a contemporary approach and an understanding of vintage bottles, they create a space where ingredients naturally harmonize.
