Suggested culinary experiences in Ho Chi Minh City that you "must try" in April.

April brings the flavors of the changing seasons, and opens up promising new culinary horizons.

"Touching" Kyoto in the heart of Saigon.

If you ever have the chance to visit Kyoto, Japan, you'll likely be suggested to experience "kaiseki", a sophisticated and elaborate culinary experience fit for royalty. Kaiseki chefs are not only highly skilled and meticulous in every detail, but also embody the spirit of "omotenashi", dedicated service and heartfelt hospitality. Kaiseki often reflects the essence of the season, each flavor perfectly capturing the essence of time and space. Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life, take the opportunity to leisurely observe and savor each exquisite dish in a profound kaiseki journey, allowing your mind to appreciate the seasonal ingredients, the changing textures of the food, and the delicate touch of the handcrafted plate in your hands. Each such moment is priceless.

In keeping with that spirit, Ômm Mixology, along with Chef Dan Tominaga of Another C Kyoto (Japan), will guide you on a special kaiseki-inspired culinary journey, taking place for only two nights this April. Ômm Mixology will provide a cozy space for exactly 12 guests each evening. Having honed his skills in renowned Michelin-starred kitchens and formerly served as Chef at MEGU (New York), Chef Dan acts as a silent, insightful "translator," allowing each ingredient – at its peak freshness and ripeness – to tell its own story of time and season.
