At Ômm Mixology, every act of mixology begins with listening.

On December 5th, 2025, The Craft of Creation 2025 took place as a shared practice. The bar became a place of pause, where bartenders slowed down, experimented freely, and found their way into the Christmas spirit.
The presence of Ômm Mixology Saigon, ÚNU Eatery & Cocktails, và NÚC Kitchen & Bar brought together three distinct approaches. There were no predefined forms, only personal perspectives on the festive season, translated into handcrafted cocktails made with intention, patience, and care.
When technique meets emotion
The Craft of Creation does not revolve around winning or losing.
It exists as an internal space for experimentation, where bartenders are free to adjust, collide, and refine their ideas through each tasting.
From ingredients and flavour structures to presentations inspired by Christmas, every cocktail becomes a different response to the same question:

Under soft lighting and a carefully held rhythm of sound, The Craft of Creation becomes an intimate gathering where bartenders share their love for cocktails in the most natural way.
